Back in 2005
Our founders, Amit Jain and Roger Hajjar, set out to reinvent display technology, and in 2005, Spudnik was born. Over the next four years, our Laser Phosphor Display (LPD) technology made cutting-edge info walls possible. In 2014, Anacore joined our family, making the ground-breaking dynamic software an integral part of our visual workplace solutions.

Meet Our Executive Team
President, Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Amit brings over 20 years of executive management, technological and entrepreneurial experience to the Prysm team. With a proven track record of growing successful technology-related businesses, and a career that spans the data-storage, high-end optical telecommunication, and low-cost datacom devices industries, Amit is well versed in the integration of technologies and manufacturing processes.
Before founding Prysm, Amit was CEO of Bigbear Network and the co-founder and CEO of Versatile Optical Networks, which was acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. At Vitesse, Amit led the Optical Systems Division as Vice President and General Manager until the division was acquired by Avanex Corporation.
Prior to Versatile, Amit held several management positions in startups and established large companies including Terastor, Optex Communications, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Amit holds a BS in Physics, a BSEE, MSEE & MBA degrees.
Chief Technical Officer, Vice President, LPD and Founder
Since 2005, Dr. Hajjar has pioneered Laser Phosphor Display (LPD) technology, working with multidisciplinary technologists and business people in the U.S. and around the globe. Dr. Hajjar has registered more than 100 U.S. and worldwide patents and has a proven record of success in taking optical-based technologies from inception to high-volume manufacturing.
Prior to Prysm, Dr. Hajjar served as Vice President/GM of Transmission Subsystems with Avanex Corporation and Vice President of Technology with Vitesse Semiconductor. Dr. Hajjar was Chief Technology Officer and founder of Versatile Optical Networks prior to its acquisition by Vitesse, and later Avanex. Dr. Hajjar held management positions with TeraStor Corporation and the Eastman Kodak Company. He also held research positions at the Optical Sciences Center at the University of Arizona and IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Center.
Roger holds a Ph.D, M.S. in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Chief Financial Officer
Jasbir Singh has served as CFO and Vice President of finance for Prysm since the company was founded in 2005.
Prior to Prysm, Jasbir served as CFO/ Vice President of finance for numerous start-up companies in Silicon Valley, including Equator Technologies (acquired by PixelWorks in 2005) and Versatile Optical Networks (acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor in 2001). He also helped spin-off the digital imaging division of Conexant Systems in 2002, served as the Vice President of finance for the newly formed entity, and ultimately sold the business to ESS Technology in 2003. Jasbir began his career with KPMG in 1991.
He holds BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer of Prysm, Paige brings over 20 years of experience in senior marketing roles. Her diverse experience crosses many areas of enterprise software, mobile technology, cloud computing, customer experience, green technology, and social media.
Prior to Prysm, Paige was Chief Marketing Officer of SDL (LSE: SDL.L), a leader in customer experience software. She also served for over three years as Vice President of Marketing for integrated marketing leader Aprimo. At both companies her thought leadership, and demand generation programs contributed to rapid growth and at Aprimo led to a successful acquisition by Teradata (NYSE: TDC).
Paige also served as CMO at PHH Arval (NYSE: PHH) and two early-stage startups—Aravo and GreenRoad Technologies.
Prior to PHH, Paige spent a decade at Oracle Corporation leading a variety of marketing initiatives, and prior to that she started her career launching IBM’s Internet Division and first electronic commerce products.
She holds Master of Arts (ABD) and Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science from the University of Kentucky, and spent a year in New York University’s Media Ecology Ph.D. program studying how technology impacts culture.
VICE PRESIDENT, global sales
As Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Prysm, Jason brings over 20 years experience in Enterprise Software Sales. Most recently, he was at HP where he was VP of WW Global Sales for the $150M Marketing Optimization organization. At HP he oversaw the creation of the HP SaaS Web Experience Management solution and scaled the global Call Center Analytics and Mobile Web CMS businesses significantly.
Prior to his 3 years of managing at HP, Jason was VP of North American Sales at Autonomy. In two and a half years he doubled the Marketing Optimization and Web Experience Management businesses. Jason also had considerable success at Interwoven for 11 years, where he held various individual contributor and management positions and rose to become VP of North American Sales.
Over his 20 year career, Jason has been part of a Top 25 public offering of Interwoven and helped execute three successful exits including Systems Compatibility Corporation, Interwoven and Autonomy.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Colorado.
Vice President, Global Partnerships and International Sales
Since 2009, Dana has served as vice president of sales at Prysm and executive team member chartered with leading the sales, sales operations and project design team. Dana brings over 20 years of global sales, marketing, technical operations and management experience to the Prysm team. His diverse technical sales experience provides expertise in displays, unified communications, major account sales, global channel partnerships, and solution selling.
Prior to joining Prysm, he was vice president of sales for Barco. In this role, Dana managed sales and business unit responsibility for the Indoor and Outdoor LED, Lighting, Video Processing and Projection products. Prior to this role, Dana served as director of marketing for Barco’s Rental & Staging, Digital Cinema and Media business units and helped post record growth for the company worldwide. He was previously part of the executive management team at Folsom Research, a leader in video processing products worldwide when it was acquired by Barco after posting record year over year growth for the company. Prior to Folsom Research Dana held several sales leadership and general management positions in the financial and advertising markets.
Dana holds a MBA in Marketing from UOP and BS in Finance from CSUS.
Vice PresiDENT, GLOBAL Services
Paul has over 25 years of service and operations management experience having provided executive leadership for the implementation of global cloud and technology infrastructures for companies such as Pearson Education, IHS, Digital Island and Montgomery Securities. He has led initiatives including building computing facilities in Hong Kong, China, UK, Japan, India and Brazil. In addition, Paul brings a track record of delivering extraordinary service offerings with the highest level of reliability and responsiveness. He has twice been a member of an executive management team that completed a successful IPO as well as secondary offerings.
Paul attended Oregon State University majoring in Electrical Engineering.
Vice President, Solutions
Stuart leads Prysm’s development efforts of Prysm's award-winning solutions. Previously he led for seven years the worldwide engineering activities of Polycom's Video Solutions Group and more recently Polycom’s architecturefor workplace collaboration. Stuart has over 20 years of experience working as a senior development manager in Silicon Valley having previously held VP of Engineering positions at Procket Networks, Redback Networks and Ascend Communications. Earlier he was both co-founder and VP of Engineering at Merlin Systems, an optical interface company purchased by Redback Networks.
Stuart has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from the University of Manchester in England and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Vice President, Human Resources
Kathy has over 20 years of global human resources experience in semiconductor, telecommunications, and health care companies. Kathy directs all human resources initiatives for the company worldwide including the design and development of global HR strategies and processes, talent acquisition, organizational development, policy, and HR systems.
Kathy was most recently the Vice President of Human Resources at MIPS Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Imagination Technologies Group) where she also ran the Board’s Compensation and Nominating Committee. She had also served over twelve years as Vice President of Human Resources at Catapult Communications Corporation (acquired by Ixia). She helped the company establish the human resource function and played an integral part in leading their growth through an IPO and acquisition.
Kathy holds a B.S. in Human Resources from California State University, Sacramento.

Partner, Artiman Ventures
Yatin Mundkur focuses on early-stage Technology and Medtech investments. As a Partner of Artiman Ventures, he is currently on the boards of Cellworks, InfiniteZ, Pricelock, Prysm, Virident Systems and XTRM.
Before joining Artiman Ventures in 2004 as a Partner, Yatin was Managing Director at TeleSoft Partners, where he led investments in over twenty companies, in the early stage semiconductor and software sectors. Prior to joining TeleSoft Partners, Yatin founded and served as President of Equator Technologies, a developer of Programmable MediaProcessors. His prior experience also includes Vice President/Group Manager at Conexant, and Chief Architect/Design Manager at Sun Microsystems, Ross Technology and Cypress Semiconductor.
Yatin has over 17 years of overall experience working with technology companies in venture capital. He also holds ten patents in areas of computer architectures, digital consumer electronics, semiconductor design, and software.
Yatin holds a B.S.E.E. from MSU of Baroda, India, and a M.S.E.E. from the University of Texas at Austin.
Managing Director, Artiman
Tim is a Managing Director at Artiman. He focuses on early-stage technology investments and currently represents Artiman on the Boards of Crossbar Semiconductor, Kaybus, Mossey Creek Technology, Prysm and Nutrinsic. He also serves on the Board of Five9 (NASDAQ: FIVN). Tim's previous investments include InvenSense (NYSE: INVN), Teknovus (acq by Broadcom), Schoolfeed (acq by United Online) and Ario Data (acq by Xyratek).
From 2001 to 2011, Tim worked as a General Partner at Partech International. Between 1997 and 2001, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Digital Island (NASDAQ: ISLD, acq by Cable & Wireless), a Partech portfolio company.
Tim’s past business experience also includes his work as a General Manager at Lucent Technologies. While General Manager, he led the international voice communications product management team with P&L responsibility for product lines that generated over $2 billion in annual sales.
Tim graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Bowdoin College. His Bachelor of Arts degree is in Physics. Following this, he completed his MBA from Duke University.
